Is payment for my booking safe?
Yes. Your payment is encrypted and is handled by the ING Bank.
When do I have to pay for my booking?
A payment of 30% of the value of your booking is required at the time of booking. On-line payment.
The remaining 70% of the booking value must be paid at least 14 days before your arrival. On-line payment.
It is also possible to pay in cash (in PLN or EUR) on the day of check-in. Then please inform us in advance which form of payment you prefer*.
*The above does not apply to bookings made through intermediaries such as booking.com. airbnb.com etc.
Can I cancel my booking for free?
Yes, if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the check-in date (FREE offer), the entire prepayment will be refunded to you.
If you make a non-refundable booking offer (at a lower price) or your arrival time is less than 30 days, in the event of cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Always check the cancellation policy for your booking*.

How do I pick up the keys to the apartment?
All our guests are provided with individual check-in. The keys will be handed over to you by our employee who will be waiting on site.

What time does the hotel day start?
The standard hotel day starts at 03.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and ends at 11.00 a.m. on the day of your departure.
If it is possible to check-in or check-out at other times, we will arrange it individually. If availability allows, we always enable earlier check-in.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The cost of your booking is the final cost. All taxes and surcharges are already included.
Is there anyone available on site in case of problems?
Yes. Our representative is on site, who is available 24 hours a day in case of problems.
Can I use the swimming pool and saunas for free?
Yes. The cost of booking includes the use of swimming pools and saunas. Pool towels are also available. There are, however, no bathrobes.
Are meals included in the price?
No. You rent the apartment without meals. In each apartment there is an equipped kitchenette. You have the possibility to prepare your own meals.
You can also use the restaurant in the building and have breakfast and other meals there. Prior reservation is not required.
Do the apartments have a sea view?
Yes. All our apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach. They are situated on the seafront, next to the beach.
Is parking available?
Yes. All our guests have a free parking space in the underground garage.
Are towels, bed linen and bathrobes available in the apartment?
Yes – bed linen and towels are always prepared for the declared number of guests.
No – bathrobes as underwear are not available. You should bring your own.
Is the apartment equipped with household appliances?
Yes. Each apartment is fully equipped with min. iron, hair dryer, cutlery, pots, glass etc. The kitchenette allows you to prepare meals. Everywhere there are dishwashers and washing machines. Some apartments have microwaves, no ovens.
Is there a service for the apartment during the stay?
Not. We do not offer daily cleaning or change of bed linen and towels during your stay.
Of course, we can arrange everything if you wish for an additional fee.
What is the minimum booking period for an apartment?
As a standard, the minimum booking is 3 days. However, this period may vary depending on occupancy and season.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No. Smoking is not allowed in all our apartments.
However, you can smoke on the terrace in a place so that cigarette smoke does not disturb anyone.
Is it possible to stay with pets?
Yes. We accept stay with pets. However, please remember that the dog and cat should not be left alone in the apartment for a long time. For large dogs, we may ask you for a deposit.
Is the information and booking calendar on the website up to date?
Yes. All information on the website is updated on a regular basis. The availability calendar changes depending on the reservations made.
