For all bookings you have made DIRECTLY with us, we refund 100% of the advance payments made and it does not matter under what conditions you have made the booking. We give back the whole amount paid.
At the same time, we will be very grateful to those of our guests who decide to postpone their reservations to another convenient date until the end of 2021. In such a situation, your payment will be used for the future holiday.
Reservations made by all intermediaries, such as Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your bookings that have been made by these intermediaries. We do not have this power.
We also do not have your payment, as it is the intermediary who charges your credit card. In such cases, only you can cancel your reservations directly with the intermediary.
The intermediary refuses to cancel your reservation. Of course, we always agree that you can cancel your reservation free of charge. However, it is the intermediary with whom you have made the booking that applies the cancellation policy. And even though we ask you to pay 100% back, the intermediary does not always want to do so.
