Rules for online booking
Reservations are deemed confirmed upon receipt of an e-mail with information about its acceptance.
Prices presented in the system include VAT. They may also include other services specified in the description of the offer (mandatory or voluntary).
Parking in the underground garage is included in the booking price.
We do not charge extra for a stay with a pet.

II. Booking conditions
A prepayment of 30% of the reservation value is required when making a reservation if the reservation starts more than 7 days later.
The remaining 70% of the reservation value is required to be paid 7 days before the start of the reservation.
Failure to pay the remaining part of the prepayment (70%) on time will result in cancellation of the reservation and no refund of the prepayment paid (30%).
In case of making a reservation when there are less than 7 days left to the beginning of the reservation, 100% of the reservation value must be paid.
Baltico s.c. reserves the right to charge a returnable deposit as a security to cover any damage caused by the guest or persons staying in the apartment. The deposit is non-interest bearing and shall be returned at the end of the Guest’s stay if no wilful damage is found.
III. Cancellation and changes
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest up to 30 days before the date of its beginning, the paid advance payment (30%) is returned in full to the account of the person making the reservation – cost free cancellation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation if there are less than 30 days left to check-in, the payment is not returned – non- refundable cancellation.
In the case of a Guest not appearing in the booked apartment on the day of the beginning of the reservation, the paid amount is not refundable.
In case of earlier departure than planned, paid fees for unused stay will not be refunded.
Failure to perform the actions described when making a reservation, within the required time, will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Changes to the date of stay, changes to the apartment are only possible after contacting us in advance (surcharges, discounts may apply). Change of booking dates, apartment changes – subject to availability.
Cancellation of the reservation is possible through the website www.balticoapartament.pl or by contacting the Service.
IV. The final arrangements
The person booking online is responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the booking form. The staff is not responsible for incorrect choice of date or incorrectly entered data in the form. In case of any irregularities that cannot be corrected by editing the booking, please contact the staff as soon as possible.

Using the services provided by Baltico s.c. The Guest declares that all provisions of these Regulations are clear and understandable to him and he accepts all provisions of these Regulations without reservations.
Rules of stay in Baltico Apartment
The Regulations specify the conditions of reservation and rental of furnished and equipped apartments. The Regulations constitute an integral part of the rental agreement for a holiday or tourist stay concluded between Baltico s.c. and the Customer.
Making a reservation is tantamount to getting acquainted with and accepting the provisions of the Regulations.
I. Accommodation day lasts from 3 p.m. on the first day of guest’s stay until 11 a.m. on the last day of stay (unless agreed otherwise).
II. The keys shall be handed over on the day of departure in the manner agreed upon in advance with the employee of Baltico s.c.
III. Guests are obliged to observe the rules of good neighborhood, including the hours of silence at night (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.), health and safety and fire regulations.
IV. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. There is a complete ban on drug use in the apartments. In case of violation of the above mentioned prohibitions, the Guest will be charged with a contractual penalty of 2 000 PLN.
V. Guests are obliged to inform Baltico s.c. employee about all faults occurring in the apartment during their stay as soon as they are discovered. (tel. +48 539 99 49 59).
VI. Adequate cash compensation will be charged for any faults caused by the fault of the Guest.
VII. Each time you leave the apartment you should check the lock on the front door.
VIII. We shall not be liable for loss or damage to items brought in and left by the Guests in the apartment.
IX. In case of losing the keys to the apartment, the Guest is obliged to pay a fee of 150 PLN.
X. If the remote control is lost to the parking gate, the Guest is obliged to pay an additional fee of 200 PLN.
XI. The apartment may not accommodate more people than the number reported in the reservation. In case of violation of this provision, Baltico s.c. has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect without the obligation to reimburse the amounts due on account of reservation.
The remaining period of reservation, or demand from the Client additional remuneration in the amount of 500 PLN per each day of stay.
XII. The apartment may not be used in any other way than for accommodation purposes, and especially for running any business activity in it.
XIII. The apartment may not be subleased to third parties or made available in any form to such third parties.
XIV. The client may not make any alterations or other changes to the apartment.
XV. The law applicable to disputes between Baltico s.c. and the Guest is Polish law. Any disputes shall be settled amicably, otherwise before the court competent for the registered office of Baltico s.c.
XVI. The provisions of the Civil Code and other acts shall apply to the extent not provided for in these Regulations.
